Bailey (aka Cosmo) was owner surrendered to Pet Rescue by Judy due to relocation in 2013. After three long years living at PRBJ, Bailey was finally adopted in 2016. Unfortunately, his new owner became ill and passed away. Once again, Bailey returned to PRBJ in the beginning of 2017. Bailey is very loving and affectionate, litter boxed trained, and up to date on all vaccinations. This special cat is ready for his forever home.
